The Coffee Warehouse faulty bearing replacement - The Coffee Warehouse Inc
I brought my Sprinter van to Aamco for a vibration issue which I thought may be the tranny. The service tech said it was the rear bearings. I agreed to have them replaced at a cost of around $1,500. When we drove the van after it was vibrating even worse and I was then told the replacement bearings were faulty. They said they replaced them, but the van still has the same problem! He finally told me he would call someone who has more knowledge on the issue? My final call was when I was then told the driveline was to blame and they do not work on those! This whole process had my van tied up over two weeks and also they caused an oil leak which after two attempts and $175 later still leaks as well! As a business owner of many years I have had many vehicles to maintain and this is by far the worst experience by the most incompetent shop I can recall. Do not go here! AAMCO SPOKANE VALLEY WA STATE
